CST API v15.7.0 - Monday/Friday Automated Intake

1. Upload/extract this package into the EXISTING API application root.
2. In cPanel Node.js application settings add an environment variable:
   CST_INGEST_KEY = a long random secret (minimum 32 characters recommended).
   Do NOT put this secret in public HTML/JavaScript.
3. Restart the Node.js application.
4. Open https://api.oxfordsystems.academy/api/health
   Confirm: version 15.7.0, persistence true, ingestConfigured true.

Authenticated intake endpoint:
POST /api/intake/content
Header: X-CST-Ingest-Key: <CST_INGEST_KEY>
Content-Type: application/json

Required JSON fields: source, type, title, summary
Optional: id, priority, status, decisionPathway, display

Monday source should be: Monday Regulatory Briefing
Friday source should be: Friday Research Intake

Duplicate protection:
- If id matches an existing item, that item is updated.
- If source + title match an existing item, that item is updated.
- Otherwise a stable ID is generated and a new item is created.

Persistence:
Runtime content is stored in data/state.json. Preserve the data folder during future upgrades.
