CST API v15.7.1 — LIVE CONSUMERS

1. Back up the current cPanel application and data/state.json.
2. Upload this package to the existing CST Node.js application root.
3. Preserve the existing CST_INGEST_KEY environment variable.
4. Restore the existing data/state.json if the deployment process replaces it.
5. Run npm install and restart the Node.js application.
6. Verify https://api.oxfordsystems.academy/api/health reports version 15.7.1.
7. Verify https://display.oxfordsystems.academy shows only approved API content, with fallback content when the API is unavailable.
8. Verify https://api.oxfordsystems.academy/api/watch returns counts and up to three approved items.

New in v15.7.1:
- 4K display reads live approved content from /api/overview every 60 seconds.
- Display output encodes external text before rendering.
- Display retains a controlled fallback if the API is unavailable or no approved items exist.
- New read-only /api/watch endpoint provides a compact payload for the Galaxy Watch client.
- Management and mobile PWA continue to use /api/overview.

The Android Galaxy Watch application must be updated separately to consume /api/watch; it is not included in the API deployment package.
